From Fox News Sunday comes the following quote of a quote:
“Congress is a system designed by a geniuses to be run by idiots.”
Without fear of contradiction, I believe that I can safely say that there is broad agreement across all political stripes in this country that the above statement is fully true, fully fair, and fully balanced. The only fear is that the idiots may have found a way to game the system.
